Marshall Plumbing and Heating

We have hired Blake multiple times for plumbing and heating issues. He always arrives on time, is easy to reach, and is great to work with. We have a tankless water heater so we need a qualified and experienced plumber to work on it. Blake has always identified the issue quickly and had our unit up and running in no time.

This is the second time I've used Marshall Plumbing and Heating with the same continuing stellar service.  The most recent service call was due to the water shut-off system for my townhome not working.  After trying to get the shut-off valves to work, it was determined that they need to be replaced.  This was not a surprise to me as they have not been used for a very long period of time, so are "frozen" in place.

Blake was terrific!  He was responsive, on time, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We had our water shut off changed so that I don't have to climb under the access in the garage. I am disabled and it is getting harder to twist the large iron valve. He worked with us to come up with a solution and it looks and works perfectly. It also ended up being less hours than originally planned. Thanks Blake!!!!

Blake is a first class service provider. He is incredibly professional, straightforward, and transparent in explaining both what issues may or may not exist, as well as pricing for his services. We have used his services twice and both times have felt very comfortable with his explanations of the state of our furnace and approach to servicing it, and his prices are extremely reasonable. He will definitely continue to be our first call for heating and A/C services in the future.
